Thank you for shopping with us! All of our high-quality apparel items are custom-printed on demand just for you using the advanced Direct-to-Film (DTF) method. This guarantees vibrant, long-lasting gear without the waste of overproduction.
Because your items are made to order, please review our production and shipping timelines below.
1. Processing & Production Times

Standard Production Time: All apparel products are custom-printed and processed within 2 to 4 business days from the date of purchase.

Note: Orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has completed production and passes our quality check, it is securely packaged and handed over to the shipping carrier.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your items.

4. Order Tracking
The moment your custom gear leaves the print facility, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's network.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Damaged in Transit: If an item arrives damaged or the print is defective, please email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will issue a free reprint immediately.

Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost in transit and cannot be located by the carrier, we will cover the costs to reprint and reship your order.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to sender, it will be held at our fulfillment facility for up to 30 days before being discarded.
