HIGHSIDE LAB GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SPONSOR

This promotion is sponsored by HighSide Lab LLC (“Sponsor”). PO Box 103, Estill Springs, TN 37330.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The HighSide Lab Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on 5/5/2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on 6/21/2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER

A. PURCHASE METHOD: Participants receive entries by making purchases on the Sponsor’s website during the Entry Period.

  • General Merchandise: Earn one (1) entry for every $5.00 USD spent.
  • Digital Wallpaper Packs:
  • Starter Pack ($5): 3 Entries
  • Victory Pack ($25): 8 Entries
  • Elite Pack ($50): 12 Entries
  • Ultimate Pack ($100): 25 Entries

B. BONUS ENTRIES: Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, offer "Bonus Entry Periods" during the Sweepstakes (e.g., "Double Entry Days"). During these announced periods, the number of entries earned per purchase will be multiplied by the factor announced (e.g., 2X). To maintain equal dignity, all eligible Mail-In Entries postmarked during an announced Bonus Entry Period will also receive the same multiplier.

C. FREE ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete street address, phone number, and email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a hand-addressed, postmarked #10 envelope to:

Each standard mail-in envelope received will be awarded twenty-five (25) entries (matching the highest-tier pack). Each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate outer envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 6/21/2026 and received by 6/26/2026.

5. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. PRIZE:

One (1) winner will receive: A pre-owned 2020 Kawasaki Z H2 (Approximate Retail Value: $17,500).

  • Delivery: Sponsor will provide door-to-door shipping at no cost to the winner within the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Exclusions: Winners residing in Alaska or Hawaii may be responsible for supplemental freight or shipping surcharges.
  • Responsibility: Once the vehicle is delivered to the winner or their designated representative and the Bill of Lading is signed, all risk of loss or damage passes to the winner. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, title, registration, licensing, and insurance.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or before 6/28/2026. Potential winner will be notified via email/phone and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours.

8. TAXES

Winner is solely responsible for all taxes. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor is not responsible for lost or late entries. By participating, entrants release Sponsor from any liability.

10. DISPUTES

Governed by the laws of Tennessee.

11. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED

Void in NY, FL, RI, and where restricted by law.
