HIGHSIDE LAB GIVEAWAY #002 — OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING RELATIVE TO THE FREE METHOD OF ENTRY DESCRIBED BELOW. VOID IN FLORIDA, NEW YORK, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Sponsor of this promotion (the "Promotion") is Highside Lab LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, PO Box 103, Estill Springs, TN 37330 ("Sponsor").

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins Tuesday, July 15, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends Monday, August 24, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper. Entries received before or after the Promotion Period are void.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF FLORIDA AND NEW YORK, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry, and who hold a valid driver's license or state-issued identification. Employees, officers, and members of Sponsor and its affiliates, and the immediate family and household members of each, are not eligible. Void in Florida, New York, and where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

(a) Entry with Purchase. Each five dollars ($5.00 USD) spent on qualifying merchandise at highsidelab.com during the Promotion Period (excluding taxes, shipping, and gift cards) earns one (1) entry, credited to the email address on the order.

(b) Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) — No Purchase Necessary. Hand-print your full legal name, complete street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, ZIP, date of birth, phone number, and email address on a 3"x5" card and mail it in a hand-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Highside Lab LLC – Giveaway #002 AMOE, PO Box 103, Estill Springs, TN 37330. Each compliant card earns two (2) entries. Limit one (1) card per envelope. Must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received no later than August 28, 2026.

(c) All entries, however obtained, are combined into a single pool with equal odds of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: a 2025 Aprilia RS660 motorcycle, purchased and owned outright by Sponsor. Sponsor holds clear title to the vehicle. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $12,230 USD, per KBB/NADA appraisal. Actual value may vary based on condition, market, and location.

Delivery: Sponsor will arrange door-to-door shipping within the 48 contiguous United States at no cost to the winner. Winners in Alaska or Hawaii may be responsible for additional freight.

Title Transfer: Upon verification of the winner, Sponsor will execute a Bill of Sale and transfer clear title to the winner. Once the vehicle is delivered and the Bill of Lading is signed, all risk of loss or damage passes to the winner.

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, title/registration fees, licensing, and insurance. No cash equivalent. Prize is non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about August 29, 2026. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours. The potential winner must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release, and provide a completed IRS Form W-9, within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Failure to respond or comply results in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC if required by law.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the Prize constitutes consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, voice, city/state of residence, and Prize information for promotional purposes without further payment.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity, and may award the Prize from entries received prior to such action. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with entry or violates these rules. Script/bot-generated entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or postage-due mail, or technical/network/human errors affecting entries.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising from participation or from receipt, use, or misuse of the Prize, including claims arising from operation of a motor vehicle. THE WINNER ASSUMES ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH OWNERSHIP AND OPERATION OF THE PRIZE MOTORCYCLE.

12. Disputes

Governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, resolved individually without class action, exclusively in state or federal courts in Tennessee.

13. Privacy

Entry information is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at highsidelab.com, used to administer the Promotion and, where consent is given, for marketing communications.

14. Winners List

For the winner's name and state of residence, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the AMOE address in Section 4(b), Attn: Giveaway #002 Winners List, for receipt by September 30, 2026.
